Meet Kate & Co.

Kate combines several modalities into her sessions but loves to blend the qualifications with the feral arts.

With certifications in Yoga, Ayurveda, Peer Work and Counselling, Kate likes to keep the formalities humble by throwing in deity work, tarot and silly-little-joys that give life meaning.

Neuro-affirming, gender-expanding and culturally-appreciative values, demonstrate Kate’s commitment to making space for the depth of weirdness that makes us wonderful.

Therapy dog info…

Penny is a four year old rescue, who’s very social and loving nature made her stand out as being destined for greater things than racing.

She has been trained and tested to ensure that she is not reactive or anxious, in any different settings. Interacting with her during in-person sessions is completely optional, she will often stay in her bed unless encouraged.

She is super gentle and patient and won’t claw or bark for attention.

She must not be fed or given treats, although she loved neck scritches.
